Inkijk # 15: ZAPP!

Zapp Productions (Rob van de Ven & Corinne Groot) made a selection of art videos from Zapp Magazine’s own archive for the Inkijk. From 24 October to 8 December 2002 a large number of videos of differing lengths were screened. Every weekday a different program was screened which was repeated on a weekly basis.

Zapp Magazine is an international art videozine that was established in 1993 by Corinne Groot, Rob van de Ven, Arnold Mosselman and Jack Jaeger. Zapp Productions has independently published and distributed 12 issues.
This videozine provides visual information about domestic and international exhibitions, art videos and performances etc. In selecting its topics, Zapp focuses on spotting important new developments in today’s visual art.
Zapp Productions also produces art videos, compiles video catalogues, organizes exhibitions and advises on the organizing of exhibitions and art projects.
