- Go to your order on your account -> 'My SKOR'

- Click on view order and then on returns.

- Then follow the indicated steps in the return process.

- Once you have gone through the steps and everything has been approved, you can prepare the package.
You can exchange an item by returning the order you want to exchange and placing a new order for the product in question

Prepare package 

Add the product, order number and packing slip in the box!  Download your shipping label HERE and stick it on the box . Deliver the package to a PostNL shipping point. Keep your shipping receipt safe!

Return conditions 

- The item is in its original condition, i.e. unused.

- The item is still in the original packaging.

- The item is undamaged.

- All associated labels are still attached.

What is not allowed to be returned 

You cannot return the following products:

- Goals, dugouts and other hardware that are specifically made based on your wishes.

- Coated products

- Products purchased with a voucher and/or a voucher.

- Team clothing with custom-made prints, for example initials or club badges.

Return costs 

Returning packages under 30kg is free in the Netherlands. Outside the Netherlands, the shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. For large transport, for example football goals and dugouts, the transport costs are at your own expense. We will contact you about this.

Refund 

As soon as we have processed your return + given approval. We will ensure that the purchase amount is back in your account within 5 working days. You will receive a confirmation by email that we are processing your return.

Costs that are not paid 

- Redeemed vouchers and vouchers will not be refunded in value.
- Costs for installation
- Transport costs heavier than 30kg. Both there and back are at your own expense.
